KMC Mayor Balen resumes office after nine days -

10 April, KATHMANDU — Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balendra Shah (Balen) Shah resumed his office on Thursday after nine days.

Balen had been on leave since before Chief Administrative Officer Saroj Guragain arrived at the office. He had arrived at the Guragain office on Thursday last week. Despite the obstruction of the Metropolitan Police Force, he was taken to the office by employees and public representatives.

At that time, Balen had reached Bhimsen in Dolakha. According to metropolitan sources, Balen had not visited the metropolis since Tuesday last week.
