03 December, Kathmandu: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda is returning home today after participating in the United Nations Climate Change Conference ‘COPE’ 28.
He led the Nepalese delegation to participate in the conference in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Addressing the conference, he said that countries with zero contribution to climate emissions have suffered the direct, unequal and harmful effects of climate change.
Prime Minister Prachanda addressed the United Nations Conference on Climate Change yesterday.
