Kathmandu, July 24 A woman from Bishnupur Rural Municipality-2 of Siraha, who went missing while grazing goats, was found dead two days later. Police said that the body of 47-year-old Urmiladevi Yadav, a resident of Bishnupur rural municipality-2, who had been missing since last Thursday, was found in the local Katniyan river on Saturday evening.
Subhash Budhathoki, spokesperson of District Police Office, Siraha, informed that the body was found in the river during the search after she left home to grazing the goats and did not return home. According to the police, the body has been sent to the provincial hospital in Lahan for an autopsy and further investigation is underway.
