Kathmandu, Dec 16 (RSS): Dr Gunakar Bhatta has been appointed the Spokesperson for the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).
He is also the executive director of the Bank Supervision Department at the Central Bank. Bhatta replaces Dev Kumar
Dhakal and holds a Ph.D. degree in economics. He also served as the NRB Spokesperson in the past, too.
