24 March, Kathmandu: The Council of Ministers is meeting today to decide on the appointment of the Inspector General of Police (IGP).
As Inspector General of Police Dhiraj Pratap Singh will retire from midnight today.
Basant Kunwar, Tek Prasad Rai, Deepak Thapa, Shyamalal Gyawali and Kiran Bajracharya are contenders for the post of Inspector General of Police (IGP).
