28 February, Kathmandu: Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, Sudan Kirati, who has adopted a policy of not flying helicopters during his tenure except for national calamities and essential work, has informed.
He clarified that even though people have invited him by chartering helicopters for social programs in different places of the country, he has not gone to many programs by helicopter to date. He apologized for that.
