Pedestrian dies in road accident

20 January, Kathmandu: A pedestrian died after being hit by a scooter in Sundarharaicha municipality, Morang.

The deceased has been identified as Purna Bahadur Gurung. Gurung, who was seriously injured in the accident, died during treatment at Nobel Hospital, Biratnagar.

The driver has been detained by the police.
